I want to be a fan of this bag. I love the idea behind it. One of the seams is already tearing tho
Thanks for your review Ian. This is the first time we have heard from you about this issue and will act on this immediately. True Kit bags are designed to last and we stand behind our products so will replace this item. From the True Kit Team
My hubby loves his new boat, seat bag allows him to keep the boat today and take more items on-board
One of the few things bought off the internet that exceeds its advertising! Great for kids and adults alike. Fun float to jump from to the ease of pulling up to a sandbar. I could even deflate it and pack it in its travel bag. This is my 6th similar product and the best overall of the bunch.
Quality materials. Excellent design. Easy to deploy.
Hey guys, so far I really like this tender. I’m a little annoyed that I can’t order the drop down wheels as they need to be ordered with a package. Any way to make that happen? If you look at my account you will likely see that this is my second tender purchase in 8 months.
Like the size and weight. Quality seems good. However it’s wetter than our old 9 foot West Marine. We have a 3.5 hp Tohatsu. Can’t use it over about 50% power due to ventilation, so I don’t think we will be getting a larger outboard. I was aware of the ventilation issue before purchasing, so it’s an observation rather than a complaint. . I like the exterior handles, but they tend to hang up under the dinghy dock we use.
I am 81 years old and I was looking for an inflatable that had a drop stitch floor and was still light enough for me to wrangle on land. The Navigator 2.0 was a great choice. It provides me with a secure and stable platform for flyfishing (stillwater only) and the stiff floor allows me to replace the bench seat with a comfy camp chair and seat cushion, making it possible for me to stay in the boat for much longer. Thanks True Kit. P. S. The wheels are a fantastic upgade, makes it all so much easier.
We LOVE our Navigator! It’s everything we expected - no surprises. Our setup on our boat requires that we keep our Navigator deflated in the duffel until we arrive at our destination. The boat inflates, deflates and packs up (back into the duffel!) in minutes.
Awesome streamlined purchase and great dinghy, works very well with our electric and Fergus was able to answer every question we have had, including many since purchase! Thank you TrueKit!
Have not used the boat out seat bag yet. Out of the box it all looks great.
Nice system, but unfortunately, they did not come preinstalled. That disappointed me, especially at this price level.
This dinghy is great! Moves along with my 2.5 hp outboard, obviously not on plane but quick enough. Light enough to pull on deck by myself yet handles 4 adults. I’m feeling good that I made the right choice.
I’m in Massachusetts. Water temp is in the 50’s. It’s not out of the bag yet along with waiting for a motor.
I was sent the wrong boat color and size. I contacted customer support via email and received a call back the next day. Customer support said they would follow up in a couple of days when they investigate what had occurred. After several days I followed up with them, via email, to see where things stood. They responded by saying the replacement boat is being sent out and a return mail label will be included to send the wrong order back. I was ok with the time frame of the return. However, I was a big inconvenience to have to repack the boat and take it to a return shipping facility. All of this was done via emails except the initial call back from them to verify what occurred. I think I should have been offered something for the trouble I went thru. Maybe a free or discounted accessory would have been a nice offer.
Well designed. Easy to assemble.
Excellent dinghy. Can't wait to get it into the ocean!
We bought this boat after seeing it on YouTube. We have only used it once and it wasn’t the best sea trial due to I tried it with a 6hp stand shaft and it created so much drag that the boat would not plane out no mater what weight and trim adjustments I made. Also the wife went overboard trying to get out at the dock. Both of these were our errors and we learned that a short shaft motor is a must and although this little boat is stable it is still a little boat so beachs, ramps and shorelines are better choices for loading and unloading passengers than a deep water dock. The boat is as advertised. A well built craft that stores up in the backseat of our truck. It is not a toy. This is a cool little boat that should bring years of enjoyment to our truck camper lifestyle. It’s exactly what we were looking for. A small boat that can be used at any available water access and still packs up in the backseat of our F550 crew cab. I have ordered a 6hp short shaft as well as a 46lb thrust trolling motor so we will have propulsion options for whatever adventure we may come across in our traveling lifestyle. True Kit is a solid company with great customer communication. This boat was not cheap but a cheap boat was not what we were looking for. Despite our not so pleasant 1st attempt I’m sure this boat will be fantastic with the right motor setup and a little experience on our part. PS; the inflatable life jacket worked well. lol
Easy installation and the wheels are awesome for rolling around the boat with the engine or without.
It looks to be of great quality… when I launch it I’ll let you know!
We feel Very Fortunate to have been referred to True-Kit!!!
Amazing times on our boat, unbelievable performance!!!
Thank You!!!
I'm subtracting a star because your photos and videos,DO NOT represent the product I bought. Nowhere on your website describes the changes you may have made to what's included with your cool grey boat.
I did not receive grey/white oars or a grey wrap storage bag for the boat to be transported in........Very misleading on colors
The quality of the boat is great. However it is much heavier than expected and there is no way Its getting rolled up back into the bag. It's fully deflated but no way. so bulky to store but fine on the water.
